· Commissioned by the Department of Land Affairs to carry out a diagnostic study into the community-based institutions of the Land Reform Programme in South Africa. 2003-2005
· Appointed as consultant to improve the capacity and coordinate poverty alleviation programmes for Limpopo Provincial Administration. This resulted in better data collecting and storage systems.2003-2005.
· Consulted for the Local Economic Development/ Integrated Development Programme of Port Saint John’s Municipality. This resulted in improved business plans that were to create jobs for the communities ensuring environmental rehabilitation June –August 2004.
· Appointed as consultant to perform a gender analysis of the Limpopo Agricultural Development Programme (LADEP) 2002-2003.
· Appointed consultant by the Department of Justice and Constitutional Affairs to conduct a gender audit January 2002-April 2002.
